Over at Screattack.com's Hard News everyone learned of Fallout 4. Todd Howard accidently said this when he disscussed Fallout 3's problems. He said "Don't let the game end and don't have a level cap".

The new DLC does everything he said. Fallout 4 is know a mystery again
